Mumbai Terrorist Attack - Are we safe?: Mumbai Terrorist Attacks - Are we safe?

Mumbai Terrorist Attacks - Are we safe?

I am helpless so as my country! Hyderabad, Banglore, Ahemdabad Delhi, Guwahati and dozens other attacks... were they not sufficient to learn a lesson and tighten the security at country's financial capital? Terrorists clearly mentioned that it will be Mumbai any time after Delhi. Any layman who would have asked to list down the most vulnerable terrorist targets in Mumbai then the places attacked last night would be in the top list, then there is a serious question on our government's seriousness to tackle the security. Were Mumbai police, ATS and other security agencies not distracted in baseless issues in recent past which allowed terrorists to plot their plan so efficiently that city's pride (also country's integrity) has be demolished by few bloody gunmen??? The prime sensitive and affluent area i.e. Colaba in Mumbai was attacked so easily and brutally then how far we and our family are secured? Honorable CM said situation is out of control and honorable ( I am using this word unwillingly) home minister was so sloppy and helpless in his statement that for a moment I got more confidence in terrorists capabilities to take control of the entire city of Mumbai.

Why doesn't Indian government and other agencies realize that they are responsible for the security of more than one billion people. Indian police and security agencies are definitely not equipped with resources to counter the modern terrorism i.e. how pitiful it is to watch policeman carrying the guns which have been discarded by major other countries after World War II. Then there are serious question on Police's capability to proactively tack the electronic communication among terrorists. And for all these incapabilities only and only goverment can be responsible for not the police itself, I do not doubt the capabilities of our brave police offices but they can be efficient only if they are provided with the correct resources to counter the terrorism. Why shouldn't Indian government be procecuted in United Nations and Human Rights for staking the lives of one billion plus innocent people???

Isn't it painful to accept that terrorists spreading havocs in a nation which has second largest army in the world? What the value we are creating as a nation by being the second fastest growing economy in the world when our business capital itself is not safe??? Why their is series of failure to counter act the terrorism? It's certainly pathetic to realize that like other incidents Mumbai incident will also be in history and our bloody politicians will continue to rape the democracy... they get jet security so they can think they are safe but they must be in quasi-reality because when the common man is not safe how can be the government or its official???

Here with this blog I request all my youth friends to take the charge of the nation by joining the system itself and clean all the trash lying out there just because we all so called capable talents are out of the system perusing a better career relying on those impotent politicians.

I will keep writing as an when I get responses from you all.
